Little Rainbow Riding Hood

We created our own versions of the traditional tale, Little Red Riding Hood. We had tons of great new ideas for the character, the setting, the baddie and the hero. One story was called Little Brown Spotty Boots and another, Little Rainbow Riding Hat. We used the computer to create book covers with our title and illustrations.

Puppy Time

We were so excited to have Teddy, Emily's new puppy, come to visit us in P2-9. We thought about ways to make him feel happy and safe in our classroom before he arrived. Teddy was incredibly well behaved and we all fell in love with him.

Rumpelstiltskin

We each created a comic strip version of the traditional tale, Rumpelstiltskin, using the computer.

Exploring plants and animals using the ipads

P2-9 loved exploring with the GeoWalk app. on the ipads. They were given some challenges, for example, to locate Antarctica and find out about King Penguins. Here are some photos of the children collaborating on their tasks.

The mostash kids

We brought in monny to buy a mostash. We all brought in monny for movember.WE did take this photo aswell and we hade fun.
